Paving for chemical plants is useful in the production of e.g. acetic, citric, arsenic, sulphuric, nitric, hydrochloric acids, hydrogen peroxide, chlorides, hypochlorites, bromides, ammonia, wet or dry chlorine, dyes, explosives, paints and varnishes, phenols, sodium chromate etc.

Other information:

Paving for chemical plants is not resistant to hydrofluoric acid, solutions of fluorides, phosphoric acid and alkali of higher concentrations than 3%. In addition to the solutions stated, paving for chemical plants is, on the contrary, resistant to organic solvents, alcohols, esters, oils, etc.
